Cat caught in Gin trap, 62 years after traps ban

A cat has survived and recovering after returning to a householder with a Gin trap attached to its leg in Rectory Street, Wordsley, Stourbridge, West Midlands.

An investigation is still on-going but we have a suspect who had threatened to kill a neighbour’s cat, following a spat over a fence dispute.

Gin traps come up for sale on line and in boot sales. so If you can, buy them and cut them up!
